Key Accountabilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Comply with all food and beverage regulations Ensure each guest receives consistent services and products Sell and serve food and beverage to guests in the Club's dining outlets Execute all duties as requested by immediate supervisors Understand and perform basic table service Responsible for ongoing food, wine and service education provided by management General Requirements Must be at least 21 years Must have 2 - 4 years of bartending experience Food Handler's and Responsible Beverage Service Certification Required Must be able to work early morning, day, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed Prior experience in food and beverage Ability to multitask and have great communication skills
