Bartender

NEIGHBORHOOD PUB & GRILL

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning the bar area
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the establishment
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry is preferred
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
• Strong cash handling skills
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be at least 21 years old or as required by state regulations.
