Job Description

Are you a skilled bartender looking to be part of a vibrant, energetic team? The Junction Bar is seeking a passionate Bartender to join our crew and deliver exceptional service in our hip, industrial-vibe venue. This is your chance to work in a dynamic environment where craft cocktails meet community.
About The Junction Bar:
The Junction Bar is a local favorite featuring an industrial aesthetic, multiple TV screens behind the bar, and 4 pool tables that keep our space buzzing with energy. We're a venue where regulars feel at home and new guests become part of the family.
The Role:
As our Bartender, you'll be the heart of the bar experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Crafting quality cocktails and pouring drinks with precision and flairProviding friendly, attentive service to guests while building rapportManaging the bar during busy shifts and keeping the workspace organizedOperating the POS system accurately and handling cash responsiblyCollaborating with our team to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphereMaintaining knowledge of our drink menu and making recommendations
What We're Looking For:
You should have bartending experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We need someone with open availability who's ready to work a rotating bi-weekly schedule. This position requires 35 hours per week across 5 days, with shifts spanning our operating hours (Tuesday Monday, 1 PM 2 AM).How to
