As a vital support to our bartenders and service staff, you'll ensure the bar area remains clean, well-stocked, and organized, enabling smooth operations during busy nights. Your proactive approach and enthusiasm will contribute to a lively atmosphere and memorable moments for everyone who walks through our doors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic craft bar environment, with a focus on teamwork, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. Duties Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing equipment regularly Restock bar supplies such as liquor bottles, mixers, garnishes, straws, and napkins to ensure seamless service Assist with food preparation tasks like garnishing drinks or preparing fresh juice when needed Support bartenders by bussing empty glasses and clearing used items from tables and bar counters Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed in accordance with health regulations Help set up and break down the bar area during shifts, including organizing supplies for upcoming service periods Requirements Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a related industry is preferred; experience in restaurant & craft bar settings is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS for cash handling and order processing Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience working in hotel or restaurant settings enhances your ability to adapt quickly and deliver excellent service Basic understanding of the food industry, catering operations, or barista experience is advantageous Must be available on Weekends & Holidays Join us as a Barback and become part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
