Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of quality and hospitality. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders during service times. Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels. Participate in special events, as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or fine dining setting is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to build rapport with guests. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is an advantage. A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
