Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards while handling food and drinks responsibly, including proper food handling and food safety procedures. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including basic math calculations for bills and tips. Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with ordering when necessary to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with alcohol serving laws, nightclub regulations, and catering guidelines while promoting responsible drinking. Collaborate with team members during busy hours such as banquets or nightclub events to deliver seamless service. Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours. Experience Prior experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is highly preferred. Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Background in food service or food industry roles such as catering or banquet service will be beneficial. Familiarity with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills are essential for accurate transactions. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting can add value to your role. Previous hospitality experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills is required. Candidates with banquet experience or retail experience in the food industry will find this role aligns well with their background.
