Bartender

• Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the food and beverage industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and be knowledgeable about various drink recipes.

• Duties:

• Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system
• Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales
• Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies

• Experience:

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and drink recipes
• Understanding of food safety guidelines
• Strong math skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
• Experience in fine dining or upscale establishments is a plus
