Bartender

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energetic personality and exceptional customer service skills will create memorable experiences for guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to recipes and guest preferences Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times Restock bar supplies promptly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests effectively Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods using strong time management skills Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Experience with serving at banquets or catering events is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions Knowledge of the food industry, brewing processes, and hospitality standards is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in an energetic setting!
