JOB DUTIES

1. Responsible for sweeping/mopping bar, rolling silverware. 2. Keeping reach in areas cleaned and stocked. 3. Keeping liquor cabinets organized, locked when not in use, clean and liquor stored properly. 4. Keeping bar area clean and organized at all times. 5. Always stay professional, someone must be at the bar area at all times to acknowledge our guests promptly and keep up the quality of service we give to our guests. 6. Have a thorough knowledge of all emergency procedures and how to follow the steps. 7. Perform all other duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager. 8.

Must be very neat, clean and well organized, with a high personal standard of cleanliness, sanitation and personal hygiene.
