The ideal candidates will possess a passion for cocktails, beer, great food, sports and guest relations, ensuring that every patron receives outstanding service. As a bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable moments for our guests while efficiently managing their dining needs. This role is part-time and on an as needed basis. Some weekends. Bartender Duties Mix and serve cocktails and other drinks according to recipes and customer preferences. Pour and serve beer, wine, and other ready-to-pour beverages. Prepare garnishes like sliced fruit. Customer service Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks. Engage with guests, offer recommendations, and provide a positive experience. Handle complaints and issues, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Bar maintenance and management Keep the bar area clean, sanitary, and organized. Restock supplies, such as liquor, mixers, ice, and glassware. Manage inventory and place orders for new supplies as needed. Legal and financial responsibilities Check identification to ensure all customers are of legal drinking age. Monitor customer alcohol consumption to promote responsible service. Handle cash and credit card transactions and balance receipts Experience Previous experience as a Server in a fast paced bar environment is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential (Must have food handlers certificate and RBS certification Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and customer service.
