Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events. Restock bar supplies efficiently while managing time effectively during high-volume periods. Handle cash transactions accurately, balancing registers at shift end, and adhering to cash handling procedures. Skills Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cashiering processes. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests in various settings including fine dining, nightclubs, or catering events. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining quality service. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications. Experience working in the food industry, particularly within hospitality environments like restaurants or banquet halls. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing, mixing cocktails, and serving alcohol responsibly.
