Bartender

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers by crafting and serving a variety of beverages. • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of sales techniques to upsell and promote drink specials
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
• Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Basic understanding of brewing techniques and knowledge of different types of beer, wine, and spirits
• Strong math skills for accurate measurement and calculation of drink orders
• Experience in the food service industry or restaurant environment is a plus
