The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a lively environment, with experience in fine dining, nightlife, or catering settings. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Prior experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred, along with strong time management and sales skills. Candidates should be knowledgeable about food safety standards and food handling procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Duties Greet guests promptly and professionally, providing attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Mix and serve alcoholic beverages as a bartender, adhering to responsible alcohol service policies Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering responsibilities accurately Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations Upsell menu items to increase sales opportunities Assist in setting up banquet or catering events when required Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly and courteously Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and alcohol service Qualifications Previous experience in food service, fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly desirable Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of beverage mixing techniques (brewing knowledge is a plus) Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere Can't apply in person email us!
