Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to quality Provide engaging, professional, and personable service to create a memorable guest experience Collaborate with management to help develop and refine the drink menu, including cocktails and seasonal offerings Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar environment at all times Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while upholding high service standards Monitor guest needs and ensure timely, attentive service Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Skills Previous bartending experience required Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations Ability to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Team-oriented mindset with a professional and positive attitude Interest in creativity and contributing to menu development Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices.
