Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware swiftly and efficiently to maintain smooth service flow Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and disposing of trash to uphold hygiene standards Prepare basic food items or garnishes as needed for drink presentation or event catering Support with bussing tables and clearing empty glasses or dishes from the bar area to ensure a tidy space Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling, order processing, and billing accuracy Help set up and break down during events like banquets or special functions, ensuring all supplies are ready and stored properly Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in nightclub settings, catering, banquet service, or hotel food operations is advantageous Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation standards in food handling and bar areas Excellent communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently Knowledge of food preparation, bussing, serving, and basic kitchen experience enhances your fit for this role Join us as a vital part of our team where your dedication helps craft memorable experiences!
