Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and processing payments swiftly and accurately. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations while promoting a safe environment. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages regularly to ensure seamless service during busy hours. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; retail math skills are a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol service regulations. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions. Previous in hospitality industries preferred.
