In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages. Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with your exceptional customer service skills, will contribute to a lively and engaging atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies. Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations. Restock bar inventory regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies needed for service. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during banquets or catering events, ensuring seamless delivery of food and drinks. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without sacrificing quality. Exceptional customer service skills to create welcoming environments for diverse guests. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and change making. Experience in serving at catering events or in the food industry is highly desirable.
