We are a heavily scratch bar program, with a wide array of spirits, wine and beer. We offer comprehensive learning opportunities and staff wide training sessions. We take great pride in our staffs knowledge and ability, and strive to create an environment of inclusivity, team work, and premium customer service. Shifts are flexible and vary between Brunch service and Dinner service. Weekend and holiday availability is a requirement, no exceptions. An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years previous bartending experience. Additional serving experience is a plus. Our bar and serving staff are required to retain extensive menu knowledge to provide an unparalleled dining experience. Craft cocktail knowledge and experience is preferred.

Expectations of Position:

Provide excellent customer service at all times Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times. Maintain engagement with bar top guests without hinderance to cleanliness or service pace. Memorize and retain menu knowledge Work in tandem with other bar staff and support staff throughout the restaurant. Provide consistency in all drink prep and procedures. Follow all recipes exactly. Follow all sanitation and health practices. Participate in departmental educational opportunities that are available. All applicants will be reviewed, and those candidates that meet all requirements will be contacted for an interview. Our interviews will consist of questions about any of the following: 1. Beer Knowledge

• brewing processes, pairing and flavor profiles. 2. Spirit Knowledge
• cocktail development, balancing recipes, and craft drinks. 3. Wine Knowledge
• Varietals, pairing, and flavor profiles. 4. Steps of Service
• how to provide the best guest experience 5. Menu Development
• R D processes, and experiences.

$16.90 per hour
