Jun 26, 2026 Be an early applicant Required Years of Experience 2 years Job Details Job Details Well known, Italian Restaurant in Belmont Shore 2nd Street Long Beach is looking for an experienced Bartender to join the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to L'Antica specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant in a timely, accurate, courteous and friendly manner. Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED minimum age requirement of 21 years Minimum two (2) years of bartending experience Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance. Basic math and computer skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable, honest, self-motivated Strong task and time management abilities. Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques. Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs. Familiar with Toast point-of-sale
Skills:
Working knowledge of spirits, wine and beer Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishments Working knowledge and ability to operate standard bar equipment Working knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness Ability to enforce company policies and applicable laws and regulations regarding the service and consumption of alcohol Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments Excellent customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment maintaining high energy level Planning, decision-making, problem solving, and teamwork

Food Handler Certificate RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certificate
