Job Description
Hiring Experienced Bartenders. Night/Weekend Shifts The Bartender maintains the pace of the night based on their efficiency behind the bar. They will be responsible for mixing the variety of drinks that the waitstaff will serve to our customers each show. Seeking someone who has a positive attitude and work ethic, along with the ability to multitask and provide quality service when busy under pressure. Professional, positive, and able to work well in a close knit environment.
Duties:
- Prepare beverages. Extensive cocktail menu
- cut garnishes, prep bar top
- work well with wait staff
- create new drinks + follow established recipes.
- Hand wash glassware on a nightly basis throughout shift.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer service, organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, as well as anticipation of guests needs.
- Maintain a clean work area in accordance with health codes. Stocking, sweeping, mopping and cleaning.
- Maintain bar supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years bartending experience in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be friendly, punctual, and attentive.
- Ability to maintain discipline and control the environment.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods (4-5 hours)
- California Food Handler Card required. TIP'S Certification a plus!
- CA (RBS) Responsible Beverage Service Certified
- Able to work nights/weekend/Holidays.
