Job description We are looking for experienced bartenders, with a great personality, who can work in a specialized bar/lounge to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Must be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Must be a high volume bartender with a mixologist mindset!! Responsibilities Create and propose innovative cocktail combinations for our seasonal and monthly menus learn the entire menu and occasional special drinks make drinks with precision and attention to style comply with state and local laws and regulations comply with company policies Skills Minimum 3 years experience as mixologist Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Multitasking Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Money handling
