Location:

This location is a delivery-only facility. You will be working in our kitchen and fulfilling delivery orders.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Barista & Kitchen Staff to support our business. You will have a multi-purpose role where you will learn how to be a barista (i.e. making coffee & matcha drinks), kitchen prep (i.e. batching ingredients), cook (i.e. breakfast sandwiches and other food items), washing dishes, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

Preparing hot and iced coffee and matcha drinks following our company recipes and ensuring it meets our standard expectations Batching house-made ingredients, prep and restock items for drinks and food service Prep & cook cafe menu (i.e. breakfast sandwiches, paninis, egg bites, pastries) Assist with dishwashing, organizing, inventory handling Label, date, and organize all prepped items for quality and safety Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow health code standards Support kitchen team by replenishing supplies as needed during service Receive and store inventory deliveries Track low-stock items and communicate with manager

Requirements:

Previous kitchen or prep experience required Previous barista experience preferred Ability to follow recipes with precision and care Strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced team Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain one) Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
