Bartender About the job Club HUE Club HUE is a private members' club curated for those who prize culture, understated luxury, and discretion. It is purposefully intimate, crafted with intention rather than scale.

the architecture, the curation of members, and the moments shared within. From chef-driven, Michelin-pedigree dinners to late-night revelry, Club HUE provides a private, immersive environment where members can unwind and celebrate nightlife. The Role Bartender At Club HUE, the Bartender is responsible for creating an elevated and personalized guest experience that reflects the standards of Club HUE. Through attentive service, expert beverage knowledge, and genuine hospitality, the Bartender ensures every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and seamlessly guided throughout their experience while thoughtfully accommodating allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests. Requirements Must have a hospitable personality and experience in the luxury hospitality business Minimum 3 years of experience in upscale establishments Must have good communication and ability to promote sales Must be skilled in time management Must have strong cocktail, spirits, wine and food knowledge Able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail; ability to multitask Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification California Food Handler Certificate Responsibilities Master our full cocktail, wine, spirits, and beer program — and speak to all of it with confidence, depth, and enthusiasm Deliver warm, attentive, and anticipatory service that builds genuine guest rapport and loyalty Set, stock, and maintain the bar to house specifications and par levels at all times Prepare all beverages to established recipes and presentation standards with precision and consistency Keep the bar clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout every shift — front and back Accurately enter all orders into the POS, present correct final bills, and complete shift closing procedures Cut and juice fresh fruits daily, maintain all bar pars, and ensure proper rotation of product Complete all side work and closing duties — including guest notes for management — thoroughly and on time Communicate proactively with the kitchen and management on menu changes, 86'd items, and service needs Represent the Club with impeccable grooming, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality Team Perks Health Benefit plans offered Career Growth opportunities that empower you Leader in Development Program Learning & Development for your growth with us Immersive Trainings that nurture your talents Free Team Member Meals to fuel your creativity Our Culture At Club HUE, we foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
