The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This role involves mixing drinks, managing POS systems, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area. Prior experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. The bartender will be responsible for serving beverages responsibly while adhering to food safety standards and promoting a positive atmosphere for all patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using various POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following food safety and sanitation protocols Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol laws Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while managing time effectively during busy hours Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Strong time management skills to handle high-volume service periods efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations Experience in brewing or the food industry is a plus but not required Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experience This position offers an exciting opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding service in vibrant environments.
