Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently, including processing payments with POS systems. Monitor guest behavior in restaurant or cocktail bar settings to ensure safety and compliance with venue policies. Assist with events or banquet setups as needed, supporting the team in delivering seamless service experiences. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Square POS and Toast POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests. Experience in food industry roles like fine dining, retail math, or food service enhances your ability to excel here. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Previous experience working in cocktail bars or restaurants is a plus.
