Duties Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently. Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for events like banquets or nightclub functions, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights while managing time effectively to serve multiple tables or bar stations. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of Toast POS system with retail math and basic math skills are essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations professionally. Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations. Experience with catering events or large-scale food service operations is a plus. Familiarity with brewing techniques or beverage crafting enhances your ability to create unique drinks that wow guests.
