We are seeking a skilled professional with a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ideally with background in upscale dining, cocktail lounges, or high-energy nightlife settings. As a Bartender at Gran Blanco, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting and serving beverages, and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Responsibilities Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to all guests Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and Gran Blanco standards Craft high-quality cocktails, beer, and wine service while maintaining strong knowledge of seasonal menus, house specialties, and cocktail techniques Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices Ensure the bar is fully stocked, prepped, and well-organized at all times Manage time effectively during busy shifts to deliver timely service Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experiences Uphold all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations Requirements Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume bar, lounge, restaurant, or nightclub setting (previous bartending experience in restaurant or nightlife environments preferred) Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine; experience in brewing or knowledge of diverse beverage types is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively and professionally with guests Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively Must possess strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented A background in hospitality or the food industry is highly desirable Must be 21+ If you love great cocktails, lively energy, and creating unforgettable moments for guests, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
