Complete all pre-shift, post-shift, cleaning, stocking, and side work duties as assigned.

Prepare and serve food and beverage items promptly and according to service standards.

Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and in compliance with California liquor laws and hotel policies.

Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, promotions, and events in order to assist guests effectively.

Complete all closing paperwork, tip reporting, and cash handling procedures in accordance with hotel policy.

Properly operate equipment and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Participate in required training and maintain compliance with all departmental procedures and service standards.

QualificationsMinimum two (2) years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within the bar or beverage department of a luxury hotel environment.

Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and guest experience expectations.

Valid Food Handler Certification required.

Basic math skills, including percentages and cash handling calculations.

Effective verbal communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Passion for guest service with a strong commitment to hospitality and professionalism.
