We're seeking experienced bartenders who bring strong cocktail knowledge, confidence behind the bar, and a genuine sense of hospitality. The right candidate can handle volume without losing attention to detail, works well with the floor team, and knows how to create a great guest experience in a polished, high-energy environment. Requirements Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant or bar Valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails Excellent communication and multitasking skills Professional, team-oriented attitude Must be comfortable working in a high-volume environment Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods (8+ hours) Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in a busy bar environment
