From our iconic penthouse with a rooftop helipad to exclusive off-site events across Los Angeles, we host and produce some of the city's most high-profile experiences for brands, celebrities, and creative communities. As a Table Service Assistant (TSA) at Pluto LA , you'll play a key support role during our exclusive events — assisting both our Bottle Service Servers and bartending team to deliver a seamless, high-end guest experience. From celebrity cocktail hours to brand launches and luxury private parties, you'll be working behind the scenes and on the floor to ensure everything runs smoothly. This is a dual-role position , ideal for someone with hustle, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. You'll support bottle service tables and VIP clients while also functioning as a barback — keeping the bar stocked, clean, and ready for service.

Responsibilities:

Bottle Service Support Assist bottle service team with setup, stocking, and guest service Refill mixers, ice buckets, glassware, garnishes, and table supplies Clear and reset VIP tables throughout service Assist with bottle presentations and crowd control as needed Communicate guest needs promptly and professionally Barback Duties Restock liquor, wine, beer, and mixers behind the bar throughout the event Maintain cleanliness of bar stations, speed wells, and barback areas Help with breakdown, trash removal, and closing duties post-event Provide fast support to bartenders in high-volume moments Refill mixers, ice buckets, glassware, garnishes, and table supplies Clear and reset VIP tables throughout service Assist with bottle presentations and crowd control as needed Communicate guest needs promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

Must be 21+. Previous experience in nightlife, barbacking, or hospitality support (highly preferred) Must be available on evenings, weekends, and short notice Able to lift 25-50 lbs (ice, boxes, cases, etc.) and stay on your feet for long shifts Reliable, on-time, and comfortable working behind the scenes Professional, clean appearance and ability to follow dress code per event To Apply Submit your resume and a short message about your experience and availability.
