Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with ordering to ensure seamless service Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure timely service delivery Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs and adhering to alcohol service laws Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments with strong serving skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with retail math is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests confidently Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and inventory management Experience in food industry settings like catering or food service environments is highly desirable Familiarity with brewing processes or hospitality operations enhances your versatility in this role Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests can relax and enjoy themselves!
