We're a high-energy neighborhood bar with a tropical/tiki vibe, loyal regulars, and a cocktail program we're proud of. This role is guest-facing and personality-driven — if you love talking to people, this is the bar for you. This job is for you if you: Are genuinely outgoing, friendly, and confident behind the bar Love engaging with guests, learning names, and building regulars Bring positive energy to every shift
Requirements:
Craft cocktail experience (classic + modern) Weekend availability is a must (Friday-Sunday) Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Bonus points if you: Have high-volume bar experience Enjoy creating memorable guest experiences Believe hospitality is just as important as the drinks Why Gin Rummy Bar?
