Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards Set up bar stations with necessary supplies, garnishes, and glassware prior to events Ensure all drinks are served responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS with accuracy and efficiency Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Engage with guests professionally, providing excellent customer service and fostering a welcoming environment Restock supplies as needed during events and assist with breakdown and cleanup afterward Experience Previous bartending experience in banquet settings or fine dining environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy events Experience in serving alcohol responsibly at nightclubs or large events is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in the food service industry Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink measurements accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences RBS Certification upon hire This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in lively environments.
