Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a versatile professional dedicated to creating memorable experiences across multiple roles—Bartender, Server, Barback, and Security. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Take food orders accurately, deliver them promptly, and provide attentive customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Assist with barback duties such as restocking supplies, cleaning bar areas, and ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition. Enforce venue policies related to safety, responsible alcohol service, and crowd control to maintain a secure environment. Monitor guest behavior proactively, respond swiftly to any issues or conflicts, and coordinate with security personnel when necessary. Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as bartending, serving, or barback work; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient sales transactions. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks smoothly during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math tasks, and order totals accurately. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift supplies safely, and perform security duties when required. Additional skills such as catering experience, banquet service background, or retail math proficiency are advantageous.
