In this role, you will lead by example, ensuring exceptional service delivery while managing daily operations in a fast-paced, casual dining environment. Your leadership will inspire team members, uphold food safety standards, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Oversee shift operations, ensuring smooth service flow in both food and beverage service areas Lead and motivate team members, providing training, coaching, and development to enhance performance Manage customer interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm to ensure a positive dining experience Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, assisting with ordering, and minimizing waste Enforce food safety standards and proper handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Supervise kitchen and bar staff during shifts, coordinating tasks for efficient food preparation and service Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members to uphold service excellence Support management in budgeting, staff scheduling, and overall restaurant management tasks Requirements must have experiance in server/ bartender position must have shift leader experiance Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or bartending within a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in hospitality or restaurant settings Familiarity with food safety protocols and food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully Ability to train staff effectively and contribute to a positive team environment Prior experience in fine dining, casual dining, catering, or hotel food service is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shift responsibilities efficiently Knowledge of inventory control practices and food production processes Join us if you're passionate about leading teams, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and advancing your career in the vibrant world of hospitality!
