If you answered yes, then this may be the role for you!. About The Role We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Barback to help keep our Visitor Center running smoothly. In this part-time role, you'll support front-of-house service by cleaning and polishing glassware, stocking supplies, maintaining organized back-of-house areas, and helping ensure a seamless guest experience. This role is a great fit for someone who works well in a fast-paced hospitality environment, communicates effectively, and takes pride in staying organized, clean, and service-ready throughout the day. The schedule for this role is Friday through Tuesday. While our base wage is minimal, given our generous incentive plan and tip earning potential, this position can typically earn an extra $7.00-$11.00 per hour. What You'll Do Follow all standard operating procedures for the Barback team, including safe equipment use at the buffing station, dishwashing area, glass handling, stocking, and other daily functions. Wash, polish, and restock glassware to maintain service readiness. Stock wine, beverages, and supplies across bar and storage areas. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and waste disposal throughout the Visitor Center. Support service operations through order packing, communication, and back-of-house assistance. What You Bring Back-of-house experience in a fast-paced restaurant or winery environment preferred. Warm, welcoming demeanor and professionalism under pressure. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
