This is an extremely important role within the restaurant. A great barback/bartender helps keep the entire bar running smoothly through organization, speed, awareness, cleanliness, and consistency. We are looking for someone who takes pride in being dependable, efficient, and proactive — someone who understands that preparation and teamwork directly impact guest experience.
