Bartender

Overview ACRE Kitchen and Bar is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive atmosphere and culture in our establishment.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or cocktail bar Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Ability to multitask efficiently while managing service tickets, guests, and bar organization simultaneously Calm, focused, and detail-oriented during busy rushes Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality

Responsibilities:

Execute craft cocktails with speed, accuracy, and consistency Provide attentive, engaging guest service at the bar Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service Work collaboratively with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff Handle high ticket volume while keeping composure and attention to detail Assist with prep, batching, and opening/closing duties Join us in delivering exceptional dining experiences while growing your career in the hospitality industry!
