Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining settings. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring high quality and presentation. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and menu changes. Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and customer service standards. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to handle food safely and adhere to food handling regulations. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
