This is not just a "pour drinks and clock out" position. We're looking for someone who genuinely takes pride in their craft, cares about guest experience, works clean and organized, and wants to be part of building a strong long-term bar program within an established family-owned restaurant. We are intentionally offering a higher hourly rate + tips to attract experienced professionals who value consistency, professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality. What We're Looking For Strong cocktail knowledge and efficient bartending skills Friendly, polished, guest-focused personality Ability to handle both service bar and guest interaction under pressure Someone proactive, organized, and detail-oriented A bartender who treats the bar with care and professionalism Team-first mindset with respect for systems, inventory, and operations Reliability, maturity, and strong communication Pride in cleanliness, presentation, and consistencyWhat This Position Is NOT We are not looking for someone who: cuts corners creates drama ignores systems treats the bar like their personal project disappears when side work needs to be done We value professionals who understand that a successful bar program is built through collaboration, accountability, and consistency.
