At Ojai Mountain Farm Bar, cocktails begin long before the shaker. We grow, distill, ferment, barrel-age, juice, garnish, and obsess over everything we pour. We put a tremendous amount of energy into make this unique world class bar. Our next bartender is expected to bring both precision and personality We produce our own: bourbon rye single malt gin vodka amari absinthe aperitifs fresh juices shrubs tinctures ferments garnishes All rooted in organic, regenerative, biodiverse farming right here in Ojai. Our cocktails express local flavor in a way few bars even attempt. Our is specifically crafted for us beer pours through a custom Lukr system. New spirits are constantly coming off the still and into our barrel house. Fruits, vegetables, herbs, and roots are processed and juiced fresh daily. This is a rare opportunity for a bartender who wants to go deeper into craft, ingredients, hospitality, and creativity.
