Full Job Description About Us:
Wild Fish Restaurant is a coastal dining destination in Pacific Grove known for fresh seafood, seasonal ingredients, and a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Bartender Manager to elevate our bar program while contributing to exceptional guest experiences.
Position Overview:
As our Bartender Manager, you'll take the lead on crafting high-quality cocktails, managing bar operations, and supporting front-of-house service. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both creativity and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and serve craft cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and flair Develop and update seasonal cocktail menus Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage bar costs Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Train and mentor bar staff Provide excellent customer service at the bar and on the floor as needed Collaborate with management on promotions and special events
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience required; management or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume setting Excellent communication and leadership skills Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented
