Server/Bartender

Job Summary:

The Bartender/ Server is responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by delivering friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to all guests. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, making drinks, handling payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and courteously, and present menus. Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar. Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner. Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Process payments, handle cash or credit transactions, and issue receipts. Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods. Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or customer service experience Bartending skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling payments. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
