We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team at Cajun Crackin. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a fun and welcoming bar atmosphere.

Compensation:

Hourly pay + tips (high earning potential based on experience and volume)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Take drink and food orders from bar guests and servers Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Check IDs and ensure compliance with alcohol laws Handle cash and process payments accurately Create a friendly and engaging guest experience Work closely with servers and kitchen staff during busy shifts Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe environment

Pay:

$16.50 - $26.65 per hour
