  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bartender Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and professionalism.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily bar activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a team of bartenders to deliver a memorable experience for our guests. Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with strong leadership skills, will drive the success of our vibrant nightlife or fine dining environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all bar staff to ensure smooth service during shifts, fostering a positive team environment. Oversee the preparation and serving of beverages, ensuring adherence to recipes, presentation standards, and food safety regulations. Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to prevent shortages or overstocking. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food handling, alcohol service, and sanitation practices. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking with accuracy. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Train new staff on serving techniques, POS operation, customer interaction, and safety procedures including food safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in POS systems. Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities during busy hours effectively. Extensive restaurant or food service experience with a focus on fine dining or nightclub environments. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing and mixing cocktails in a fast-paced setting. Experience in banquet or catering settings is preferred for managing large groups seamlessly. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and ensure satisfaction. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing processes. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene compliance. Leadership qualities to motivate staff, manage conflicts, and uphold high service standards.
