Full Job Description Hiring Update:

The Tropics is hiring for two weekly bartender shifts. Must be available Sundays and have some additional afternoon or late-night availability. Looking for someone reliable, friendly, and comfortable running a shift in a neighborhood bar setting. Bartending experience preferred. Strong customer service, self-direction, and consistency matter a lot in this role. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys connecting with regulars, staying productive during slower periods, and keeping the bar clean, organized, and welcoming.
