Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and deliver prompt service Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions about menu items, and recommend specials or pairings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times Manage cash handling duties including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and tips Support catering, banquet, or food service events by serving guests efficiently and professionally Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and payment processing Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create a welcoming atmosphere Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving protocols Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling, billing, and tipping calculations Hired candidate will work bar, food service, and food service event shifts as needed.
