Event Bartender (Part-Time / On-Call)

Overview:

We are seeking skilled and reliable Bartenders to join our team for private events, weddings, and special functions at our venue. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.

Important:

This is an event-based, on-call position. Scheduling varies based on booked events (primarily evenings and weekends).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
• Deliver exceptional customer service while engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area throughout events
• Handle cash and/or POS transactions accurately
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown for events
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience required (events, weddings, or high-volume settings preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance Preferred (but not required):
• Experience with private events, weddings, or banquet service
• Knowledge of popular cocktails and ability to work without strict recipes
• Strong guest interaction and upselling skills
