We focus on delivering a clean, welcoming, and community-driven environment where guests can gather, dine, and enjoy quality beverages. As part of a broader hospitality group, this role may also support operations across shared common areas and collaborate with neighboring concepts to ensure a cohesive guest experience. We are seeking experienced, professional Bartenders who can operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong service standards, cleanliness, and guest engagement. Job ResponsibilitiesBar Operations Prepare and serve beer, wine, and craft cocktails accurately and efficiently Maintain full knowledge of menu offerings and provide recommendations to guests Follow all alcohol service guidelines, including ID verification procedures Operate POS system and handle cash and card transactions responsibly Maintain composure and efficiency during high-volume service periods Cleanliness & Common Area Support Maintain a clean and organized bar, including bar top, wells, and service stations Help support cleanliness of surrounding seating and shared common areas Monitor guest areas and address spills or sanitation needs promptly Restock bar inventory, ice, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Guest Experience Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service in a high-traffic environment Create a welcoming and approachable atmosphere for a wide range of guests Address minor guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary Contribute to a safe, clean, and well-managed environment for all guests Qualifications Previous bartending experience required Knowledge of basic cocktail preparation and beer service Strong understanding of responsible alcohol service practices Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Comfortable working evenings and weekends (required) Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Current Food Handler Card and RBS Certification (or ability to obtain) What We Offer Competitive hourly wage plus tips Flexible scheduling Fast-paced, team-oriented work environment Growth opportunities within our hospitality group
