The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to engage with customers and create memorable experiences will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their orders. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Assist in setting up for events or banquets as needed. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus. Familiarity with food handling regulations and practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
